How do I create my account?To create your account on Cosmeto Nature, simply click on the "Create your account" link in the horizontal menu at the top of the page. Inform your email address in the section "Enter your email address to create your account". By clicking "Create your account" a form appears. Then fill in the account creation form with your personal details, as well as your e-mail address and finally choose your confidential password. Then click on "subscribe".
Your account is created! You can now add your delivery address or then finalize your order to complete your address.
You can also register on our website via your Facebook, Google+, Paypal or Amazon pages.
How do I manage my account?You can manage your account by logging in to your "My account" area, so you can manage your information in peace:

Cosmeto nature turns all your purchases into points and then into a discount.
You can find out your loyalty points balance in the My Account > My loyalty points section.

How do I place my order?Just put in the shopping cart the products you want to buy and click on "order" in the box "Panier" on the left.
Follow the steps to confirm the order by choosing your delivery and payment methods.

How do I track my order?The tracking of your order is mentioned in your account, in addition you will receive an email at each stage of its preparation until its dispatch. You will also find your order history in your "My Account" area.
How do I cancel my order?To cancel your order, simply contact us by phone or email before shipping it.
What are the terms of payment?Cosmeto nature accepts payments without credit card (blue card, visa or mastercard), paypal, check, money order and transfer.
The processing of cheques, money orders, and transfers is longer.
Cosmeto nature will send the products upon receipt of the funds corresponding to the said order.
Can I pay my purchases safely on your site?Yes, all information about your order, including online payment by credit card, is protected. The entire transaction is done on a secure server (SSL) and your credit card number is encrypted. You can buy online, on our website, safely.

Can I get delivered to another address?Yes, you can. You want to send an order to a friend or simply get delivered to another address. When validating your order, you can create another delivery address. Or if you have validated a bad address and your order has not yet been shipped, simply contact us by e-mail to change your delivery address.
I didn't get my package, what to do?Sometimes some packages may not arrive in good port. Several factors come into play: a bad address, damage, a delivery incident... You can first check your Colissimo tracking in your personal area or click on this link with your tracking number to find out where your parcel is.
In a second stage, if you notice a delivery incident, contact the Colissimo service at 3631 (non-overtaxed call excluding any additional costs depending on your operator from metropolitan France). Finally, contact us so we can give you more information.

What is the difference between Gutto cream with ant eggs and ant eggs oil?The only difference between cream and oil is in the texture. Both have the same effectiveness. The cream being drier, we recommend to use it on the face because less oil than the oil which it, applies more easily on the body.
How long are the products kept?You will see on the packaging the deadline for our cosmetic products. Make sure to keep the products in places that are protected from moisture and heat.
Where do the products come from?Mainly France and Europe (Avril, , Propolia, Bionatural, Lauralep.), but also from Turkey (for the mark Gutto Natural).
Are your products safe to use?Our products are all tested and sold under European standards.
